Privacy when using Google
This page explains how imamadvokat.bg uses Google data for sign-in and optional Google Calendar integration. General account and service rules are described in our Terms and Conditions.
Service provider
imamadvokat.bg is operated by Nuzhda Ot Advokat OOD, Bulgarian company number 207735435. Contact our team at the email below for questions about the Google integration or requests to delete associated data.
Sign in with Google
When a client chooses Google sign-in, we receive their Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and provided name. We use these to create or link a client account and authenticate sign-in. Google sign-in alone does not connect Google Calendar.
Google Calendar connection
Lawyers may optionally connect their Google Calendar. With permission, we create, update and delete booking events in their primary Google calendar. We send Google the client name, meeting start and end, location, supplied phone and email, booking reason and notes, and online meeting link when available. The client email may be included as an attendee. Do not enter information in booking notes that you do not want transferred to Google Calendar. Sync runs from imamadvokat.bg to Google; we do not import personal Google events or use them to block availability in the platform.
Data we store
For the calendar connection we store OAuth access and refresh tokens, access expiry, connection status, and the Google identifiers of synced events. Tokens enable automatic booking updates without signing in for every change. We also receive technical responses from Google required to perform and diagnose synchronization. We do not maintain a copy of other personal Google calendar events.
Use and sharing
We use Google data for the sign-in and calendar features described here. We do not sell it, use it for personalized advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Booking data is sent to Google to provide the calendar feature selected by the user.
Disconnecting and deleting data
Use Calendar → Disable sync to stop synchronization and remove stored calendar tokens from the active account. Previously created Google events remain in Google Calendar and can be deleted there. Synced event identifiers remain associated with booking history. You can separately revoke permission in your Google Account settings. Disconnecting the calendar does not delete the client account, Google sign-in information, or booking history. Contact our team to request deletion of account-related data.
