Lawyer Romil Popov is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". In 2013, he graduated after successfully passing state exams before a legally designated commission.

In 2014, after a six-month internship at the Ministry of Justice, he obtained legal capacity by taking the exam stipulated in the "Regulation on the Unified State Requirements for Obtaining Higher Education and Qualification as a 'Lawyer'."

Lawyer Popov successfully passed the exam for lawyers before the Supreme Bar Council in 2017, as provided for in Article 8 of the Bar Act. Shortly thereafter, he was registered with the Sofia Bar Association and registered in the National Register for Legal Aid at the National Bureau for Legal Aid of the Republic of Bulgaria, starting his independent practice and opening his office in Sofia.

Lawyer Popov possesses solid theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in the fields of commercial, civil, administrative, property, family, and insurance law, providing legal assistance and procedural representation for his clients. Lawyer Popov has experience in drafting various legal documents and legal analyses, preparing commercial contracts, conducting research in various areas and aspects of civil law, including preparation and participation in court proceedings, as well as preparing documents for real estate transactions, in connection with the comprehensive legal servicing of commercial companies and transactions with them, as well as extensive experience in enforcement proceedings, collection and assignment of receivables, negotiations with debtors, and concluding agreements for the repayment of obligations.
