Lawyer specializing in the Spatial Development Act, the Act on the Health and Safety at Work, the acts for their application, design, construction supervision, and procedural representation

Lawyer with over 7 years of professional experience in the field of administrative law and spatial planning, with in-depth expertise in the application of The Spatial Development Act (ZUT), investment design, construction supervision, as well as procedural representation before administrative and judicial authorities.

From 2017 to 2024, served as a senior legal advisor in the Legal Department of the Directorate “Architecture and Urban Planning” of the Sofia Municipality, where he provided legal support for a number of administrative and technical procedures:

– legal analysis and opinions on the application of ZUT and the subordinate legislation;

– preparation, coordination, and defense of administrative acts related to building permits, orders under control powers, termination and legalization of constructions;

– working with expert and technical councils, including on detailed spatial development plans (PUP) and general spatial development plans (OUP);

– participation in administrative proceedings and procedural representation before the court in cases within the scope of ZUT and related regulatory acts.

Has professional experience in the private sector as a legal advisor in commercial companies, where he is responsible for the preparation of contracts, commercial registrations, re-registrations, liquidations, contributions, etc., as well as participation in public procurement and regulatory initiatives related to the urban environment and advertising activities.

Graduated with a Master's degree in “Law” from New Bulgarian University. Proficient in English (C1), Italian (B2). Holds additional qualifications in the field of legal English, arbitration (Chamber of Commerce), as well as participation in working groups on legislative amendments to the National Assembly.

Combines a solid legal education with long-standing practice in administration and experience in judicial protection, applying a systematic, responsible, and practically oriented approach to each case.
