Attorney Georgi Georgiev is the managing partner and co-founder of G&P Law – a Bulgarian law firm specializing in commercial, corporate, and litigation law. Since 2018, he has been leading the firm's practice with a focus on commercial and corporate disputes, compensation claims, intellectual property, and administrative proceedings. Prior to founding G&P Law (Law Firm "Georgiev and Petrov"), Attorney Georgiev gained experience as a legal advisor in the fields of insurance, contractual, and inheritance law. Today, he represents a wide range of clients – from international corporations to startups – in complex legal cases in Bulgaria and abroad. He has significant experience in medical malpractice cases, reduced compensation claims in expropriation, claims for damages in traffic accidents, as well as disputes related to the protection of trademarks and copyrights.
