Lawyer Desislava Valcheva holds a master's degree in law, graduating with honors from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". She is a professional with proven experience in providing legal assistance, consultations, and procedural representation in key areas of law.

During 2018–2019, she completed a specialized internship at the Sofia District Court under a Fulbright program, where she worked with judges from the civil divisions of the Sofia District Court, Sofia City Court, and Sofia Appellate Court.
