Lawyer Apostol Apostolov graduated from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", subsequently acquiring legal capacity and successfully passing the bar exam. Prior to that, he worked as a legal advisor in a bailiff's office, where he gained solid experience in enforcement proceedings. He completed internships in several law firms and successfully participated in numerous training sessions on various legal topics of interest. In 2017, he began collaborating with the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, participating in several legislative studies related to reducing the risk of road accidents and the powers of banks concerning the possibilities for the forced realization of their claims, and to this day, he is a legislative associate.

He has conducted training sessions, including in the SO-district Mladost, regarding the application of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Lawyer Apostol Apostolov is a managing partner at the law firm "Boninski, Boninska and Apostolov," which he founded with colleagues in 2019. He demonstrates a deep interest and has experience in commercial law, enforcement proceedings, contract law, real estate transactions, tax law, and cases against monopolists. Currently, he assists numerous real estate agencies, builders, investors, commercial companies, accountants, as well as individuals. He provides procedural representation in commercial and civil cases.
