I practice in the city of Plovdiv, at the address: Blvd. "Hristo Botev" 82. I am a legal expert providing legal protection, consultations, and risk management in all phases of property acquisition. This includes: examining the legal status of real estate (private, public, co-ownership, condominium ownership) and establishing limited property rights (right to build, right to use, easements) and related change of purpose (status change), preparation and revision of design contracts, construction contracts (including according to international standards such as FIDIC) and contracts for establishing a right to build against compensation.

Investment design, construction, and the construction process are another of my expert priorities.

I have practice in the field of inheritance law - Determining inheritance shares, restoring the reserved portion, drafting wills, voluntary and judicial partitions of real estate.
