Attorney Eduard Milchev specializes in the areas of procedural representation and dispute resolution, labor and social security law, obligations law, administrative law and procedure, as well as international private law. 

His professional experience includes working at one of the leading Bulgarian law firms, providing comprehensive legal services (“one stop shop”) to foreign clients, part of international corporate structures. In this role, he has participated in legal teams that led numerous transactions involving the acquisition of Bulgarian companies by foreign investors and investments in such companies. The acquired companies primarily operated in the sectors of information technology (IT), healthcare, industry, and critical infrastructure. Within the framework of these projects, he has participated in legal analyses covering labor law and corporate law aspects of the transaction, as well as the history of disputes, including in the transactional part of the deals. 

Attorney Milchev also has experience in subscription-based legal services for legal entities, including leading companies from the IT and HR sectors. 

He graduated with a degree in "Law" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2023. As a student, he was an active participant in the academic community – a member of the Faculty Student Council at the Law Faculty and chairman of the Civil and Commercial Law Club during the 2022–2023 academic year.
